What to do:
As a service technician, you travel by car or plane to our end customers in Canada, the USA and Mexico. 

Your task is to test our systems on site at the customer’s premises and put them into operation.

You then hand over the fully installed cryo chambers to our customers and carry out product instruction and training.

You are also responsible for advising customers on site and carrying out maintenance and service work on the systems.

What you are contributing:  
You have successfully completed your technical training, ideally as a refrigeration technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or comparable, and have several years of professional experience as a technician, master craftsman or engineer.

You like to work independently and have the ability to recognise problems and solve them on your own responsibility.

You also score points for your high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure, even in time-critical situations.

In addition, you are characterised by a strong orientation towards customers and service and have excellent communication skills.

100% willingness to travel for assignments in North America and a good command of English complete your profile.
